Just want to inform that forum registration exclude transportation fee is RM 280.
there will be bus from our school to Ipoh ( additional charges) .
We will go together! :D

On the 21-23 April, there will be Leos in charge to collect the forms from your class.
make sure is completed together with

-2 passport pictures
-cheque
-form.

you can pass to other of the BODs first to reserve a space for yourself.

Seems like some of you guys can't seem to open the forum forms.
so we will be printing 20-30 forms only...please grab them from wai kee ( 5 angsana )

each class with have somebody in charge.
IF nobody gives you the form, please DO not hesitate to find any bods!

Well, newsletters serve as a purpose to keep members updated with all the happenings in Leo, plus a couple of extras :]

This would be the first year for newsletters to be produced DIGITALLY. The past years have seen countless of ink, paper and staplers. But we’re growing more aware of our environment as the days go by and such it has been decreed that there will be no more print on paper *insert applause*. Which is good news for yours truly (I don’t have to find people to buy the newsletters anymore), for you (you don’t have to buy the newsletters anymore) and for the trees (they don’t have to produce papers for the newsletters anymore)~ so please support these free, environmental newsletters!

I'm in your care from now on. Comments and constructive criticism are very much welcomed!

Announcement of 'Smile!' Project Winner!

After 9 agonizing days of voting....

Picture 35 has emerged as the winner of the 'Smile!' Project!




With a staggering amount of 176 votes, the number of votes for this picture clearly exceeds the rest.

The prizes the winners will receive, will be given out during the subsequent LEO general meeting.

A big thank you to the following committee members (pic above) who helped out in this project!
Not forgetting the rest of the people who are not in the above pic, but also contributed a lot for this project : Kristal Ho (AOC) , Lau Wai Kei and Goh Voon Pang.

Leo Idol Details!

i have people asking me about this, so here we go!

LEO Idol Season 3 is an - All Talent Show! Any talents will be accepted, not just singing as we believe that one doesn’t have to be a singer to be an Idol!
Categories include the following:

i) Singing (solo, duet or groups of 4)
ii) Dancing (solo, duet or groups of 4)
iii) Stand Up Comedian (solo)
iv) Music instrumentalist (solo, duet, triplet or quartet) on any musical instrument
v) Beat Boxing (solo)
v) Other categories (Magic Show, Mime, etc)

This will not be like before where participants have to attend an audition round and the selected few to take part in the regional finals. In all preliminary rounds, the “Open Mic” system will be adopted. This is where all participants solo or group, will display their talents. They will be allowed to perform for 60 seconds and if the judges do not ring the bell, they will be allowed to complete their performance of not more than 5 minutes long.

Marks will be tabulated on the spot and the average mark for the participant will be displayed on screen. The best of 5 will go to Round 2 where they will be performing for the second time. Each of the 5 finalist will be allowed to complete their performance. One will represent the respective regional prelimary round to the Inter-District LEO Idol finals in Kuala Lumpur in April.
