As you all know that our school will be having the Go Green Run on this Saturday which is on the 26th of June and there will be a carnival too.
So our Leo Club will be opening a booth on that day, please do come and support us okay!

Reminder for Leo Forum

List to bring:

Rules

  1. ID Tag MUST be worn by Delegates at all times throughout the Forum after registration. Delegate without ID Tag will NOT BE ALLOWED to participate in any Forum events. Delegate who do not wear the ID tag, a fine of RM20. Disciplinary action will be taken to those who are caught without the ID Tag for the second time.
  2. Replacement for LOST of ID TAG is RM50 upon verification.
  3. ATTENDANCE is COMPULSORY for all delegates for all Forum events. Only delegates who attend all the events will be presented with the Forum certificate of attendance.
  4. PUNCTUALITY must be observed for all Forum events.
  5. The FOC reserves the rights to impose disciplinary actions on the following misconducts:

· Any sort of misbehaviors, rowdiness, violation of house rules, fighting gambling, smoking and consuming of alcoholic drinks is forbidden

· Any form (s) of yelling or screaming at FOCs despite any dissatisfaction

· Any forms of disruption to the flow of the Forum program, in any form (incl. the above)

· Lights off at 12.30am for both 1st and 2nd night.

· Any delegate(s) found in the rooms of the opposite sex

· Leaving any Forum events without permission from the FOC in writing (Note: You have to fill up a form to leave the Forum events/locations and it has to be verified by a Leo Advisor present. Your parents/guardians will be contacted to confirm the permission is granted)

  1. All complaints can be directed to FOC Chief Advisor, Lion Alan Thoo. The FOC reserves the rights to contact the parents of the respective delegate(s) and they may be sent home at their own costs for their conduct. No refunds of the Forum will be entertained.
  2. Visitors (parents of delegates only) must register at secretariat room prior to entering the Forum Venue.
  3. Outsiders are prohibited from entering the Forum Venue. This includes friends or members of the same club or another club who is not a registered Forum delegate who choose to visit.
  4. Delegate(s) must observe the Dress Code for all Forum events.

Hotel Rules and Regulations

  1. No phone calls are allowed in hotel rooms (except room to room call)
  2. Any room service charges will be borne by delegates themselves.
  3. All delegates must observe cleanliness of all rooms.
  4. Hotel properties are not allowed to be taken out unless they are purchased from the hotel.
  5. Delegates must obey hotel regulations.
  6. The delegate(s) concerned will be responsible for any cost of repair or Replacement of damaged hotel properties.

  1. In the event of an EMERGENCY, kindly contact the Forum Chief Advisor/ FOCC and/or security at the respective Locations :

    • All participating Leo Clubs must bring along the club banners.
  4. Banquet
    • Theme: Oscar Nite
    • Attire: Formal dinner attire (Ladies, kindly dress appropriately)
    • F.O.C. has the right not to allow entry for any delegates who dress inappropriately.
  5. Closing Ceremony
    • Attire: Forum Shirt & Vest

ROASTERS Chicken Run '10 - In aid of National Kidney Foundation

Greetings from the National Kidney Foundation of Malaysia (NKF)!

In 2010, it is estimated that there will be a shortfall of income over expenditure of RM12 million which NKF needs to source in order to provide the subsidised dialysis treatment and the running of the Foundation in general.

Kenny Rogers ROASTERS together with National Kidney Foundation of Malaysia aims to educate the public on the prevention and management of kidney diseases. This role is one of the most important functions of the NKF, because prevention is always better than cure. Funds are needed to help 1366 patients in 24 dialysis centre of NKF. Your support is very much appreciated.

Flower Power!!

SMKDJ's 20's International Understanding (I.U.) Day!

we had plenty of amazing performances (from bands to singing, to Latin dancing, to instrumentals, to a musical, to ballet~), lucky-draws were held, the food was good (you cant deny it), many people got together, there were plenty of girls and lots of guys to look at...

It is, undeniably, a memorable event.
