REHEARSAL for installation

THIS THURSDAY - THERE WILL BE A REHEARSAL FOR YOU GUYS. IF YOU ARE GETTING INSTALLED,COMMITTEES AND outgoing BODs , IT IS A MUST TO COME! AND MAKE SURE YOUR FRIENDS ARE THERE TOO. IF NOT, WE'RE JUST GOING TO LEAVE YOU OUT IN THE FORMATION, COZ HONESTLY WE DONT HAVE TIME ANYMORE.

TIME : 1.30-3.00pm
VENUE: School Hall

PLEASE BE PUNCTUAL...
we are starting the rehearsal early if everyone is there and everything goes well, it'll end early too~

u guys need to be there from 1.30-4.30pm

Tomorrow's dance practice has been CANCELLED!

BUT, there will be practices on Saturday, Monday and Tuesday in school.

Saturday: 8.00 - 11.30 a.m.

Monday: 1.30 - 3.30 p.m.

Tuesday: 1.30 - 3.30 p.m.

I repeat, Friday's practice from 12.30 to 2.00 p.m. has been cancelled!

GO GREEN!

4th July, Saturday.

5 Leos attended the Go Green charity event hosted by DJROA and the Star. We helped out at the main stall there, selling vegetables, food stuff, even soft toys, bags, DVDs, magazines... all generously donated by residents.

the donation box. people are allowed to take whatever they want (not the food stuff, that's at a set price) and put in as much money as they want to ^^

aunty linda talking to us about the problems DJROA face with recycling and how she hopes our school would play a role too and something about starting the ball rolling

outside, there were stalls set up, selling plants, board games, garden accessories~

there was a set of tarot cards... we had fun trying to read pui cheng's past, present and future xD

and that's the four of us! Emily however, could only come in the afternoon to help, whereas we came in the morning.

all in all, it was fun and satisfying to know that we played, even though it was minor, a part in charity ^^

please note that every sunday, DJROA holds a recycling session, so if anyone would like to volunteer, you're more than welcomed to do so :D

Meetings this week!

Okay, so there are gonna be a few meetings this week for our upcoming installation.

Monday & Tuesday, details as stated in the sidebar of the blog, will be dance practice sessions for our incoming BODs. So BODs, PLEASE tell Rebecca what day you're coming, and you're most welcomed to go for both. Practice makes perfect y'all!

Now, on THURSDAY, there's gonna be another meeting, for the installation committee this time.

So, members who are going to get installed, PLEASE come for this meeting, alright.

Date: 23rd July, 2009 (Thursday)

Time: 1.30 - 4.00 p.m. (BOD Meeting)
1.30- 2.30 p.m. (Committee meeting)

Charity Event‏ organised by DJROA and The Star

Hello, another event coming right up!

I was just informed by Leo Emily that
DJROA and The Star are collaborating together to host a charity event.
Profit will be donated to charity as usual.

Aunty Linda needs some Leos to help on that day.

- Help to sell organic foods, plants, drinks
