The event started with the arrival of guests followed by the opening act and the calling to order of meeting. After all the formalities, the event was followed by the induction of Leo members and installation of the Board of Directors for the fiscal year 2013-2014. Then, more performances were followed. The meeting was adjourned at around 5.00 pm and guests were invited for a photography session and refreshments.
